BSME2E allows cancelation of your digital spaces before the activation of your store. You can cancel before admin approval. However, if you cancel for the digital space after receiving admin approval, we will charge cancellation fees based on the timing of your cancellation.
BSME2E offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for its digital store space bookings. You can cancel your booking before the start date, which is the day you officially begin using the store for marketing or trading. However, we will not accept the cancellations after you have started using the space. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the descriptions of each store size variation carefully before making a purchase.
You can request a refund by visiting your dashboard. Here’s how:
1. Go to your account: Head to the “My Account” section.
2. Click on bookings: This will show all your past and upcoming reservations.
3. Choose the digital space you want to cancel: Select the specific space you no longer need.
4. If your cancellation is approved, we will process the refund: You’ll receive the funds back to your original source account within a few business days.
After we initiate the refund from our end, it can take a maximum of 2 to 4 weeks for the bank to process this and reflect the same on your account.
